The AddMe Reviews team are excited to release a new and exciting update on our reviews platform. These new features have been added to ultimately improve the experience of user’s. The updates aim to give customers more control and ease over how to request and manage all your online reviews.
On Thursday 23rd March 17:00 AEDT AddMe Reviews will experience 30 minutes of downtime for maintenance. During the planned outage we will be making many updates and changes. Below is a list of just some of the changes to happen during the latest update.
- Simplified Review Request Features: It is now easier than ever to send review requests to your customers. Now you will be able to fully customise how you send review requests all in one screen by sending to your chosen audience, choosing delivery method, message scheduling, and content of your message.
- Simplified Bulk Review Sending Features: Sending review requests in bulk is now a much easier process. Choose from the list of your existing customers or upload a custom list to your account and send to all your customers at once.
- Editing Landing Page URL: Make even more changes to your landing page, including the URL path. The platform stores the previously used 5 URLs for 12 months which all redirect to your current version of the landing page.
- General User Interface & Experience Improvements: Further changes impacting ease of use to do the tasks that matter most to businesses. This includes further enhancements and other small changes relating to sending review requests, managing customers, and managing your reviews.
