The reviews landing page is the location where customers are invited to review your business online. The landing page is visited by customers when they click on the link provided to them via SMS or email. The page can be fully customizable to include your own logo and personal text. You can also change the landing page URL to be more customized to your business’ own online style. Reviews Landing Page 1. In the left-hand navigation menu from the main dashboard click ‘Settings‘ and then the sub-menu ‘Landing Pages‘ 2. Click on the tab labelled ‘Location‘ to change the landing page settings to a specific business location or edit the default company landing page for all locations 3. Change other settings relating to the filtering of reviews, which determines which reviews are to be displayed across certain site profiles 4. The filter type can be changed from the default of ‘Star rating‘ to ‘Thumbs‘, which is just a simple thumbs up or thumbs down review system 5. Scroll to the bottom of the page to edit the landing page header, logo, and text that customers will see when prompted to review your business 6. Click the blue button labelled ‘Save Landing Page‘ to save any changes 7. Click the gray button labelled ‘Preview‘ to be redirected to the landing page to see your landing page NPS Landing Page 1. The landing page template can be changed to NPS by clicking on the ‘NPS‘ tab 2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to edit the landing page header, logo, and text customers will see when prompted to score your business out of 10 3. Click the blue button labelled ‘Save Landing Page‘ to save any changes Post NPS Review Landing Page 1. In the ‘NPS Settings‘ you can change the settings to ‘NPS and Review‘ to give customers an option to do both an NPS and a traditional online review 2.
