Responding to customer reviews directly through AddMe is a simple process, but very important to know. Replying to reviews is almost as important as receiving them because 89% of consumers read both your reviews AND how you reply to them. The AddMe Reviews platform can be connected to your Google Business Profile listing or your Facebook business page allowing your reviews to be captured and responded to. IMPORTANT: Replies to reviews on Google and Facebook are public and can be viewed by anyone searching through your reviews. Reviews responded to on other platforms may also be publicly visible. Check with the specific review site how they handle replies to reviews. Dashboard 1. If your business only has 1 location on AddMe, go to step 3. If your business has multiple locations, start from step 2 2. In the left-hand navigation menu click ‘Locations‘ and then click ‘Manage Location‘ for the selected location 3. Your 8 most recent reviews will be displayed underneath the heading labelled ‘Recent Reviews‘ 4. For reviews from Google and Facebook click the blue button labelled ‘Reply‘ to open a dialogue box to enter a response to the review or select a default or previously created template 5. For reviews from Google and Facebook that have already been replied to click on the gray button labelled ‘Edit‘ to open a dialogue box to edit the existing response to your review Reviews Page 1. In the left-hand navigation menu click ‘Reviews’ and then the sub-menu ‘Reviews‘ 2. All of your reviews are available on this page and can be filtered to suit your needs 3.
